Performance and Formula Profile

• No harsh chemical cocktails — amphoteric and non-ionic surfactants only

• Concentrate economics — dilutes at 3–5%, so every bottle goes significantly further

Dilution Ratio and Application

Permanon Active Wash is a concentrate designed to be mixed with regular tap or osmosis water. Dilution depends on the type and severity of the soiling. 

Dilution:

•       General cleaning (5%): For general cleaning and light to moderate soiling, use a 5% solution. A 500ml concentrate makes 10 litres of ready-to-use solution. A 1-litre concentrate makes 20 litres.

•       Stubborn stains (10%): For stubborn stains, heavy soiling, or first-time deep cleans, use a 10% solution. A 500ml concentrate makes 5 litres of ready-to-use solution. A 1-litre concentrate makes 10 litres.

Important Notes:

•       Adjust the dilution to the degree of contamination — stronger for heavy soiling, lighter for regular maintenance.

Application Instructions:

1. Mix your solution. Dilute Active Wash in clean water at the ratio that suits the job — 3% for regular wash maintenance, 5% for heavily soiled vehicles or fleet work. Pour into a wash bucket, foam cannon, or pressure sprayer.
2. Apply to the vehicle. Work panel by panel, starting from the roof and working down. Allow the solution to dwell briefly on heavier contamination — brake dust on wheels, road tar on sills — before agitating with a wash mitt or brush.
3. Rinse clean. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water. No neutralising step required. The surface is immediately ready for drying, clay bar treatment, or Permanon sealant application.
