Every surface inside your vehicle, cabin, or cockpit — clean, fresh, and residue-free in a single step. Permanon Interior Cleaner is a highly concentrated solution with anionic and biodegradable surfactant composition that delivers the cleaning power across textiles, leather, plastic, rubber, aluminium, across textiles, leather, plastic, rubber, aluminium and more!
A 500ml concentrate bottle, makes 10 and 16 litres at 5–3% dilution— and 1litre at 5 or 3% makes 10 and 33 litres respectively — making this one of the most economical interior cleaners on the Australian market.
Surfaces and Cleaning Coverage
Permanon Interior Cleaner was formulated around a single insight: interior environments are not like exterior surfaces. The contamination found inside a car, aircraft cabin, or vessel interior — food and drink spills, body oils, nicotine residue, animal hair and dirt, grease from hands and touch points — requires a formula balanced specifically for that soiling profile, not an adapted exterior product.
The result is a cleaner with anionic and biodegradable surfactants that delivers exceptional cleaning power across every material type found inside a vehicle or cabin, while treating each surface gently. Leather doesn’t dry out. Microfibre and velour are cleaned without damage. Plastics and rubber come up residue-free. And because the formula is low-foam and heat-stable, it works with steam cleaners and wet vacuum systems — leaving behind nothing but a fresh, pleasant, neutral scent.

Dilution Ratio and Application
Permanon Interior Cleaner is a concentrate designed to be mixed with regular tap water. Dilution depends on the type and severity of the soiling. The mixed solution remains stable for approximately 3 weeks when prepared with tap water.
Dilution:
• General cleaning (2–4%): For general cleaning and light to moderate soiling, use a 2–4% solution. A 500ml concentrate makes 12–25 litres of ready-to-use solution. A 1-litre concentrate makes 25–50 litres.
• Stubborn stains (5–6%): For stubborn stains, heavy soiling, or first-time deep cleans, use a 5–6% solution. A 500ml concentrate makes 8–10 litres. A 1-litre concentrate makes 17–20 litres.

Important Notes:
• Adjust the dilution to the degree of contamination — stronger for heavy soiling, lighter for regular maintenance.
Application Instructions:
1. Mix Interior Cleaner to the appropriate dilution for the task.
2. Spray the solution directly onto the dirty surface. Allow a short exposure time for the formula to begin lifting the soiling.
3. Work the surface with a soft brush, sponge, or microfibre cloth as required.
4. Remove the loosened dirt with a clean, damp microfibre cloth, rinsing the cloth with clean water regularly.

For steam cleaners and wet vacuums: Interior Cleaner is fully compatible with both. Its low-foam, heat-stable formula makes it ideal for professional steam cleaning of upholstery, carpets, and hard trim. Add to your steam cleaner at the recommended 2–4% dilution. For wet vacuums, apply, agitate, then extract as usual.

Tip: For leather surfaces, follow up with a leather conditioner after cleaning to restore moisture, particularly after using a stronger 5–6% solution on heavily soiled leather seats.
Product Depth
Its anionic and biodegradable surfactant composition delivers the cleaning power needed for these specific contamination types while remaining gentle on every surface it contacts — no drying out of leather, no lifting of dye in velour, no dulling of plastic trim. The low-foam, heat-stable characteristics that make it compatible with steam cleaners and wet vacuum systems are not afterthoughts — they are part of a formula deliberately engineered for professional and commercial detailing workflows in addition to private use. At 2–4% dilution, a 500ml bottle goes further than most full-size interior cleaning sprays on the market. And at 5–6% for stubborn jobs, it delivers results without requiring a separate specialist stain treatment. One product, one formula, every interior surface — developed in Germany to the same engineering standards as the rest of the Permanon range.
