Yacht Wash
Salt film, grime, algae, sap, and exhaust soot — gone in one wash. Permanon Yacht Wash is a biodegradable, water-based marine wash that lifts organic soiling from gelcoat, fibreglass, glass, chrome, teak, and stainless steel without scratching or stripping. 500ml makes up to 16 litres diluted; 1 litre makes up to 33 litres — a streak-free.
Permanon Yacht Wash is a premium, water-based marine wash formulated with non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants — designed for effortless removal of organic soiling from every surface on board.
Because Permanon Yacht Wash is gentle enough for every material on board yet powerful enough to lift stubborn marine grime in a single pass, it dramatically cuts wash time across the whole vessel — one bottle, every surface, no switching products and no streaking.
Surfaces and Cleaning Coverage
Permanon Yacht Wash is formulated as a universal marine wash — safe and effective on nearly every material found on board a boat or yacht. Its water-based formula, built around non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants with a pH of 9.2 at 1% concentration, lifts dirt, salt film, and organic soiling without the harshness of traditional marine detergents.

Dilution Ratio and Application
Permanon Yacht Wash is a concentrate that mixes easily with water. Dilution depends on whether you're doing an initial deep clean or regular maintenance washing.
Dilution:
• For initial application: For the initial application, dilute Permanon Yacht Wash at approximately 5% with water, depending on the surface structure and level of soiling. A 1-litre concentrate makes 20 litres of diluted solution. A 500ml concentrate makes 10 litres of diluted solution.
• For maintenance cleaning: For regular maintenance cleaning, dilute to approximately 2–3%. A 1-litre concentrate makes 33 litres of diluted solution at 3%, or up to 50 litres at 2%. A 500ml concentrate makes 16 litres at 3% or 25 litres at 2%.

Application Instructions:
1. Mix Permanon Yacht Wash to the appropriate dilution for your task — stronger for an initial deep clean, lighter for regular maintenance.
2. Apply to the surface using a sponge, cloth, brush, or wash mitt, working in sections across the vessel.
3. Agitate gently to lift dirt, salt film, and organic soiling — the formula is gentle enough for varnish, glass, and chrome while still cutting through grime.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water for a streak-free, residue-free finish.

Pro tip: Follow up your Yacht Wash with a Permanon surface sealant — PSI+14 Silver Line for gloss and satin finishes, or Permanon Diamond for glass and glazing — to lock in the clean and add lasting hydrophobic protection between washes.

Product Depth
Permanon Yacht Wash is engineered specifically for the unique demands of marine cleaning, where a single vessel can present a dozen different surface types — gelcoat, fibreglass, varnish, teak, chrome, stainless steel, glass, and synthetic materials — all in one wash session. Rather than requiring a different cleaner for each material, Yacht Wash's water-based formula of non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants is balanced to lift organic soiling, salt film, and grime across all of these surfaces without the harsh alkalinity or aggressive chemistry that can dull varnish, etch glass, or strip protective coatings over time. With a pH of 9.2 at 1% concentration, it strikes the balance between genuinely effective cleaning power and material-safe gentleness — a balance that matters enormously when a single wrong product can damage an expensive teak deck or leave permanent haze on acrylic glazing.
Being completely PFAS-free, Permanon Yacht Wash reflects the same environmental standards as the rest of the Permanon range — an important consideration for vessels operating in marine environments where runoff directly enters waterways. Available in 100ml and 500ml retail sizes as well as a 20L drum for charter operators, marinas, and detailing businesses, Yacht Wash scales from a weekend sailor's quick clean to a full fleet washdown program. Used as the first step in a complete marine care routine — wash with Yacht Wash, then seal with PSI+14 Silver Line or Permanon Diamond for glass — it sets up every surface on board for a longer-lasting, easier-to-maintain finish between trips.
