Silver Line is developed for sensitive surfaces like vinyl wraps and aviation exteriors, specifically engineered to be safe on vinyl wraps, gloss and satin finishes, aircraft surfaces, boats, — without silicone, without solvents, and without altering the surface. A 500ml bottle covers 2-3 cars that protects up to 6-8 months. RTU Shelf Life = 1 Year.
Formulated with Si14 silicium molecules that bond to any hard surface through electrostatic adhesion, creating a powerful hydrophobic shield that repels water, blocks UV, and withstands temperatures from -40°C to +300°C.

Surfaces and Protection Coverage
PSI+14 Silver Line is designed for surfaces that demand chemistry-neutral, silicone-free protection — from the vehicle on your driveway to the aircraft on the apron. One concentrate. Every hard surface.
Surfaces Protected in One Application:
Automotive — Including Vinyl Wraps
• Gloss and satin vinyl-wrapped vehicles — silicone-free and wrap-safe, bonds without reacting with the film structure
• Factory-painted panels and clearcoat
• Alloy wheels, rims, and chrome detailing
• Plastic trim, bumpers, and exterior panels
• Rubber seals, door surrounds, and weather strips
Aviation
• Aircraft fuselage and painted exterior panels
• Wing surfaces and leading edge protection
• Composite and carbon fibre surfaces
• Aluminium and anodised metal panels
• Aviation gelcoat and primer surfaces
• Cockpit exterior glass and acrylic (use Permanon Diamond for intensive glass treatment)
Marine
• Boat and yacht hulls — GFK / fibreglass gelcoat
• Marine painted topsides and decks
• Stainless steel fittings, rails, and deck hardware
• Fibreglass and composite surfaces
• Antifouling topcoat surfaces
General Hard Surfaces
• Industrial metals, alloys, and frameworks
• Powder-coated surfaces
• Hard plastics and synthetic panels
• GFK rubber and plastic covers
• Varnished timber and hard-coated wood surfaces
Once applied, PSI+14 Silver Line actively defends every treated surface against contamination and environmental damage:
What it Protects Against:
• Bird droppings and insect acids
• Brake dust, road tar, and tyre residue
• Resin, tree sap, and fuel deposits
• Combustion residues, soot, and exhaust staining
• Oil, grease, and fat incrustations
• Road salt and marine salt air
• UV radiation and sun bleaching
• Environmental fallout and industrial contamination
Performance Resistance:
• Temperature resistant from -40°C to +300°C
• UV resistant — preserves surface colour and integrity under direct sunlight
• Resistant to acids and alkalis from pH 1–10
How to Apply - 4 Simple Steps:
1. Thoroughly wash and clean the surface. Remove all dirt, grease, and contaminants. For vehicles, complete your standard wash first. For aircraft, use an approved pre-treatment wash.
2. Spray or apply directly onto the surface. Work panel by panel, section by section.
3. Wipe off any excess product with a clean, soft microfibre cloth. No buffing, no polishing, and no curing time required. No reaction time — protection is immediately active.
4. Rinse or leave to dry. For vinyl wraps and aircraft surfaces, allow to air dry or use a clean, dry microfibre to avoid any surface pressure.
Important: PSI+14 Silver Line is not recommended for use on extensive transparent glass surfaces due to its Si14 concentration. For glass and windscreen protection, use Permanon Diamond. For matte vinyl wraps, use Permanon Super Matte — Silver Line is engineered for gloss and satin finishes only.
Reapply every 6–8 months for continuous protection, or more frequently on aircraft and marine surfaces exposed to high UV, salt, and environmental load.
Product Depth
Unlike conventional silicone-based or wax-based products, Silver Line adheres to surfaces through electrostatic adhesion and van der Waals interactions — a molecular-level bond that protects without chemically reacting with or altering the surface material in any way.
This chemistry-neutral adhesion is what makes Silver Line the specialist choice for sensitive surfaces like vinyl wraps and aviation exteriors. Silicone-based products degrade vinyl film over time and can void wrap warranties. Silver Line contains no silicone, no solvents, and no waxes — making it completely safe on every surface type it touches, including films, coatings, rubber, and composite materials.
